A woman who gave birth to triplets at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital has said she was unable to provide for the children.
Caroline Chepkemei who delivered three daughters at the facility said she cannot breastfeed all the children.
The triplets are not at the incubator with pediatricians saying they were healthy.
The mother of six children including the triplets has appealed to well wishers to intervene.
“I call upon any well wisher to help me in taking care of my children, since I’m a single mum I cannot afford to cater for them.” She said.
Paediatrician Harriet Khavere said the children needed basic needs including clothes while their mother needed food.
