Recognizing the importance of clean water, Butia worked with Jumbo Steel Ltd, Kisumu, to donate a 10,000-liter water tank to Kabolebo Primary School. This initiative has not only improved sanitation but also ensured that students have access to clean drinking water, a basic yet often overlooked necessity.

Through Book Aid International, Remmy Butia has also facilitated the donation of reading materials to Kabolebo Primary School, fostering a culture of reading and learning among students. These efforts have significantly improved literacy rates and academic performance in the school.

In partnership with Huru International, he has spearheaded the donation of sanitary products to schoolgirls in Kabolebo, St. Mathews Maraba, Sarwat, Tulwamoi, Chepkaroi, Chepkechir, Kaplelach, Kiptebes, Uswet, and Uson Primary Schools in Tindiret Sub County, as well as several other schools across Nandi County. This initiative has not only addressed menstrual hygiene challenges but also ensured that girls remain in school, reducing dropout rates and promoting gender equality.
