Be cautious, Covid is still with us — Mandago

Governor Jackson Mandago EGH has asked the public to continue adhering to covid 19 prevention measures since treatment has not been discovered yet.

Governor Mandago’s appeal comes at the time when tighter measures limiting movement in most counties of Western Kenya, as the delta wave causes fears of the country’s preparedness. Public gatherings have been banned in these counties.

And Mandago, while in an event in Soy Sub-County, called on residents to strictly adhere to health protocols to minimize transmission of the virus.

Kenya received 358,000 doses of Astrazeneca vaccine as donation from the Government of Denmark.
