MP Mishra empowers youth and women groups with equipment worth millions.
Kesses Member of Parliament Dr. Mishra has donated equipments worth millions to various youth and women groups across his constituency in an empowerment Program dubbed Inua Jamii.
On Friday, the philanthropic politician distributed an assortment of business start-up equipment which included car washing machines and 5000 litres Water Tanks, Computers, Posho Mills, Irrigation Systems, Complete Public Address Systems and Incubators to 25 youth and women groups at Tarakwa Primary School grounds.
The MP said the main aim of the program is giving support and creating opportunities for young committed entrepreneurs to get them back on their feet and be self-reliant.
“Uplifting and making other people feel important and appreciated is a virtue that inspires hope and builds bridges.” added the legislator
Other Youth and Women beneficiaries include; Kerita Women Group (200 plastic Chairs), Kapyemit Farmers (150 plastic chairs), Sotetab Sosiot (Incubator), Tarakwa Young (Beauty Parlour), Exodus Kabuson (Irrigation Equipments), Kapsabaa Testai S.H. G (150 Plastic Chairs) among others.
