Emgwen MP hopeful urge youth to maintain political tolerance ahead of 2022 general elections.
Nandi youth have been urged to maintain political tolerance ahead next year’s general election in the country.
Emgwen Member of paliament aspirant Raymond Kiplimo, has warned the youth against being used by politicians to execute heinous acts during the electioneering period.
In an exclusive interview with the Northrift Mirror, Kiplimo said majority of the youths have lost their lives and others sustained injuries as a result of incitements caused by political class.
“There are politicians currently recruiting the youth to commit criminal assignments in the community and it has raised concern among their leaders. I urge my follow youth to shun such vices and exercise civility in participating in democratic process,” he stated.
He urged the new registered voters to prudently participate in election by electing leaders basing on their ideas and integrity.
Kiplimo, who is also eyeing for paliamentary seat using UDA ticket urged the locals to support the Deputy President William Ruto’s presidential bid to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta.
“We need to consolidated the votes in our region and rally behind Dp Ruto in the next general election. This would define our future under bottom-up economic model that is entirely entrenched to create employment opportunities to nobles youth,” said Kiplimo.
