Take waiver as advantage, Mandago tells public.

Governor Jackson Mandago EGH, has urged the residents of Uasin Gishu County to take advantage of the land rates waiver.

The County Government has given out a 100 percent waiver for all defaulters, with a deadline set for June 30, 2021.

Mandago while in a function in Tembelio ward, Moiben Sub county, said the revenue the county receives enables it to offer services such as road maintenance, supply of water and health services to wananchi.

Currently the county is running a sensitization campaign across all wards to ensure no resident is locked out of the waiver, by this those who will have not paid their land rates will be compelled to pay the penalties plus accrued interest.
