More than 400 Youths from kabwareng ward Aldai constituency were competing at Volleyball tournament to secure scholarship.

The tournament dabbed Sir edu tournament hosted by an aspirant Edwin Kipsang enabled some players to join various colleges on scholarship.

” I am glad that the event was successful and the best thing is that some players are going to join various clubs like Nyanza prison among other clubs,” said Kipsang.

He called upon the government to put more funding on sports because that is where most youths explore their talents and represent the country.

In the main volleyball game that saw Bonjoge defeat Kapkeben club in a five set thriller to second . As the draughts tournament was won by Patrick Kiprono Matui.

The youths were encouraged to register for votes so that they can exercise their Democrat rights as voters.
