The advent of devolution has brought tremendous progress in terms of development and service delivery to the people across the Counties with over Ksh 2.1 trillion having been devolved to the 47 Counties in the last 9 years.
This journey has also had its share of challenges and there is need to find and implement solutions to the issues affecting devolution.
There is need to learn from one another as a success in one County could be a challenge in another.
