Nandi county signs MOU with Kenya literature bureau to supply learning materials .

In a bid to enhance quality education in the county,  Nandi County Government and Kenya Literature Bureau (KLB) will partner to provide quality and affordable instructional materials for the Early childhood development education  and vocational training centres.

Speaking today after signing of Memorandum of understanding between the county government and the publishing firm in his office at Kapsabet, Governor Sang said the MOU will see the county receive learning materials for ECD and youth polytechnics directly from KLB.

The county boss also revealed that, the books which belong to the “Skillgrow Series” of KLB, have already been purchased by the county government and will soon be distribute d free of charge to all ECDE children both in Pre-primary 1 and Pre-primary 2.

Governor Sang said the move will provide access to right resource materials as well as enhancing quality education in the county.
