Mandago calms irate mob in Moi’s Bridge town.
Governor Jackson Mandago EGH, has asked residents of Mois bridge to be calm as he personally looks into cases of insecurity in the area.
Speaking when he calmed an irate mob that demonstrated over the killing of a 13 year old girl in Mois bridge, Mandago said he will personally see to it that persons causing fears in the area are brought to book.
Also, Governor Mandago assured them that he will call a security meeting to address, among other claims of police laxity. The locals accused police of not acting on other previous cases of rape and murder.
The body of the girl was discovered in a nearby stream about four days after she went missing. Locals say this is the 9th case of rape and murder in the area.
