Bahati MP says his life is in danger.
As political divisions continue to be witnessed in the Jubilee party, Bahati Member of Parliament Kimani Ngunjiri claims his life is in danger.
Speaking in Eldoret , the MP who is a close ally of deputy president William Ruto, said there were some people following him with the intention of harming him.
The vocal lawmaker alleged that recently his home was invaded by unknown armed people adding that he will stand by the truth and will never be intimidated by anyone.
“I want to state here without fear of contradiction that my life is in danger since i have been followed by vehicles with unknown number plates. Therefore, I want the government to accord me more security,” the legislator said citing that, his woes could be as a result of being ally to the DP
“Unknown people have been following me. I know there are people who are not happy with my stand on DP and for spearheading the truth” he said.
He added that despite being trailed everyday, death threat will not scare him adding that they will soon reveal those who killed Chris Musando.
The MP who was accompanied by his Kapseret counterpart Oscar Sudi said that jubilee party’ major shake-up will not stop them from saying the truth.
They said that all that is being scheemed was aimed at finishing the deputy president politically adding that they will not keep quiet.
