County executive committee member of Lands, Water, Environment and Natural resources, Dr.Philimon Burreti has assured all the schools in Nandi that they will get title deeds.
Addressing press in his office, Buretti said the program will start next month since most schools have been having boundary dispute.
“Our objectives is to ensure all schools have titles and those schools that are sponsored by churches and other institutions we decided that the schools will have own titles,” said Bureti.
He also said lands state cooperations such as Kenya Cooperative Creameries (KCC), Chebut tea factory, and others have their own policies.
He said such state corporations were at liberty to make their own decisions leaving the county with the mandate of approving adjustments and fencing of their premises.
